Behind Las Dunas Resort is Pau, a visionary, avid traveler, and ocean lover whose passion for discovering authentic places led her to fall in love with this unique stretch of Nicaragua’s Pacific coast.
With a free spirit and a deep connection to nature, Pau arrived in the region when it was still virtually unknown to international tourism. What began as a personal adventure soon evolved into a much greater vision: creating a place where travelers from around the world could discover Nicaragua’s wild beauty in an authentic, sustainable, and environmentally respectful way.
Her love for this coastline was so profound that it inspired the creation and promotion of what is now known as the Route of the 7 Beaches, a name that helped give identity to one of the country’s most spectacular and undiscovered corners.
